EMPLOYEE AND STAFF PORTAL. TERMS

Access to the staff portal is limited to authorized Nexon Home Care personnel. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Employees must use the portal only for legitimate work-related activities and comply with all privacy and confidentiality rules.
Uploading or sharing client information outside the portal without authorization violates company policy and HIPAA regulations.
Nexon Home Care monitors portal activity for security and compliance.
Employment relationships are governed by separate employment agreements and policies, which take precedence over these portal terms.
